Start in the room that your to-do list is located.
Before you get started, you will need to know what the Task ID is.
You can find out what the task ID is by typing @to-do list.
1. To remove a task, tag to-do bot, type the Task ID and then the word 'remove'. Press enter.
Format: @to-do remove TASK ID
E.g. @to-do remove T96f
To-do bot is tagged correctly when the name is highlighted (as shown below).
The task ID does not need to be in capital letters.
You can also remove more than one task, just press space and enter the next task ID.
2. You will receive a confirmation message that the task has been completed.
You do not need to be assigned to the task to mark the task as done.
You can use the list numbers to remove a task
The list numbers refers to the numbers shown here:
To remove a task using the numbers, type @to-do remove then the list number
Format: @to-do remove LIST NUMBER
E.g. @to-do remove 1
You can also remove more than one task by typing @to-do remove 1 2
