Searches help you quickly and easily find tasks by keyword
How to perform a (keyword) search
- Click on the Search taskbar at the top of the page
- Type at least 3 letters to begin the search
- Tasks with your keyword in the task title will populate - please note that this function searches task title only, not comments or task description

Advanced search is a new way to help you quickly and easily find the tasks that meet 2 or more criteria. There are multiple parameters that can be used:
- Task status (open, completed, any) - this is the only mandatory search parameter
- Assigned to
- Created by
- Created on
- Space (formerly List)
- Tag
- Completed by (if task status is "completed")
- Completed on (if task status is "completed")
How to perform an Advanced search
- Click on the Search bar at the top of the page
- Click on the "advanced search" link next to "Start typing"
- Select the task status option - "open" is the default choice
- Click the + button and select your second search parameter
- Select the option(s) from the drop down menu *
- Your search results will automatically populate, and show the task information, including the space, the list, the due date, and the assignee.

A couple of things to note about Advanced searches:
- You can also include a keyword search
- Click + to add additional search parameters, or the garbage/delete icon to remove one
- *Multiple options can be selected some search filters, including Assigned to, Completed by, Tags and Spaces. Filters including dates only allow one option to be searched at a time
- Workast Premium (paid) users have an unlimited database of tasks to search, standard (free) users are only able to search the most recent 100 tasks.
